Practical articles, educational messages and reflection prompts that help men understand themselves and live healthier lives.
Adubofour Foundation exists to strengthen men’s mental wellbeing by creating trusted spaces, honest conversations and practical pathways to support. We respond to a simple but often overlooked reality: many men carry emotional, family, financial, health and social pressures in silence because they fear judgement, stigma or being seen as weak.
Our mandate is to make support easier to approach. We bring men together through positive male relationships, purposeful activity, mentoring, recreation, learning and community service. Where a man needs specialist help, we guide him towards appropriately qualified professionals and recognised services. We do not treat every life challenge as an illness, and we do not replace clinical care. We provide a trusted first door and help each man find the right next step.
To improve men’s mental wellbeing through safe community spaces, meaningful connection, mentoring, purposeful activity, practical opportunity and trusted referral pathways.
A society in which every man can find belonging, purpose, friendship and appropriate support without stigma.
Every man who engages with the Foundation should be met with dignity, listened to without ridicule, and supported towards connection, purpose and appropriate help.
Develop welcoming, non-clinical settings where men can talk, relax, learn and build genuine friendships.
Provide mentoring, skills, enterprise, volunteering and personal-development opportunities that help men move forward.
Offer clear information, trained listening and safe referral to qualified health, counselling, legal, financial or social-support services.
Use peer connection, group activity and positive male relationships to reduce isolation and encourage early support.
Promote emotional presence, responsible fatherhood, healthier relationships and constructive communication.
Use respectful campaigns and practical education to make speaking up, checking in and seeking support normal.
Men’s Haven is the Foundation’s flagship community concept. It is designed as a warm, home-like place where men can be themselves, connect with others and regain perspective. Activities may include men's community circles, breakfast clubs, sports and fitness, mentoring, skills development, fatherhood forums, business and career support, quiet reflection and carefully managed referrals.
The environment is guided by a simple house rule: no judgement, no ridicule, no gossip and no labels. Personal stories are respected, with clear safety exceptions where there is a serious risk of harm or a legal duty to act.
The Foundation has established a clear public identity and programme direction centred on men’s mental wellbeing, safe space, connection and purpose. Its advocacy platform includes the check-in message “Don’t forget to check in on a man today,” the help-seeking framework “Speak Up. Open Your Heart. Seek Support,” and the continuing development of Men’s Haven as a practical community model.
These foundations are not presented as proof of completed social outcomes. We will publish verified results as programmes are delivered and evaluated. Our progress will be measured by the quality and safety of participation, stronger social connection, appropriate referrals, renewed purpose, better support for fathers and families, and the trust placed in our work.
Dignity and respect: every person is treated fairly and without humiliation.
Safety and safeguarding: participant welfare comes before publicity, convenience or growth.
Confidentiality: personal information is protected, subject to clearly explained safety and legal limits.
Professional boundaries: community support does not replace qualified clinical care.
Inclusion: services are culturally aware and accessible across age, background and circumstance.
Accountability: partnerships, resources and public claims are managed honestly and transparently.
Learning: feedback, evidence and responsible evaluation shape how programmes improve.
Work with us to expand education, outreach, support services and the development of the Men's Haven.
